Pa je napočil trenutek! Obljubljena večerja za izžrebanko, ki jo je (upajmo da) sreča obiskala ob prvi obletnici mojega bloga. To, da sem povabila na večerjo neznane ljudi, je bilo zame nekaj novega, a izkušnja je bila zelo prijetna in priznam, da sem bila na celi črti pozitivno presenečena. Valentina iz Studia 13 je ženska z veliko smisla za ustvarjanje in z ogromno življenjske širine. Na večerjo sta prišla skupaj z možem in  sta zelo prijeten par. Všeč mi je, da sta preprosta in tako je večer minil v zelo sproščenem ozračju.

Meni sem izbrala glede na sezonskost sestavin, kakopak. Šparglji, regrat, čemaž in špinača krasijo tržnice v tem času. Takole je bilo…

So it was about time! The promised dinner for the winner, who (hopefully) got lucky to become my first winner at the first anniversary of my blog. Inviting people that I don’t know to dinner was something new for me, but the experience was very nice and I admit that I was totally surprised in a positive way. Valentina from Studio 13 is a woman with a lot of sense for creativity and she is really open- minded. She was accompanied with her husband and they are really a great couple. I like them being easy-going so all the evening was surrounded with great and calm atmosphere.

I chose the menu according to seasonal ingredients, what else… asparagus, dandelion, wild garlic, spinach…. All these can be found at markets in this time of year. So this is how it was….

Upam, da je bila izžrebanka zadovoljna z menijem in njegovo izvedbo. Jaz sem bila z večerom in z gosti vsekakor. In od sobote naprej naš dom krasi čudovita muca – nekaj si jih lahko ogledate v Studiu 13.

I hope that the winner was pleased with the menu and its performance. I absolutely was, with the evening and the guests especially. And from Saturday on there is one wonderful cat at our home – some of them you can check at Studio 13.
